Dee Meir knows what it takes to build a creative career from multiple sides of the industry – because over the past 20+ years, she’s done exactly that.

An award-winning British actor, voice artist, writer and producer, Dee has worked across television, film, West End and National Theatre stages, BBC Radio Drama, voiceover and motion capture, with credits including Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Doctor Who, Life of Pi, Roadkill and Manhunt.

But Dee’s understanding of the business goes far beyond performing. She previously worked at CAA in the UK, giving her valuable insight into the representation side of the industry, and later built her own recording and production company, FlameflowerPoetry Studios, from the ground up.

As a producer, Dee helped take Untold: The Daniel Morgan Murder to #1 in both the UK and US with more than 10 million listeners. She also develops her own film projects, creates professional voice reels and audio work, and has firsthand experience with the kind of proactive career-building she now helps other actors embrace.
