Coach Rachel

Rachel is an award-winning actor, filmmaker, producer and Career ACTivate Elite Coach who is passionate about helping actors build sustainable, pro-active careers–not waiting for opportunities, but by creating them.

Rachel’s coaching style combines honest feedback, strategic thinking, and personalized action plans. She specializes in helping actors identify what makes them uniquely bookable, build meaningful industry relationships, and develop the business strategies that create long-term momentum. Many of her Elite clients have gone on to book major television and film projects, including recurring guest star roles, strengthen their representation, and build thriving careers through consistent implementation.

Rachel doesn’t just teach the Elite Program principles—she actively uses them in her own career.

When she’s not befriending neighborhood cats, Rachel can often be found dying or being chased by monsters in horror films alongside genre icons Felissa Rose, Lynn Lowry, and Eric Roberts. She portrayed the earnest Shiloh in Craving, which was recently named one of Collider’s Top 10 Best Horror Crime Movies, and can also be seen as Fish in A Hard Place, where her performance received strong critical praise.

Her additional screen credits include Lifetime’s In Bed with a Killer, where she plays a true-crime-obsessed barista, and the comedy This Sucks, in which she plays an over-the-top Valley Girl. This Sucks received the prestigious ReFrame Stamp from the Sundance Institute in recognition of its commitment to gender parity both in front of and behind the camera.

Beyond acting, Rachel is an accomplished writer and producer whose films have been selected by numerous film festivals, including multiple Academy Award-qualifying festivals. Over the past several years, she has earned multiple acting honors, including Best Actress Awards at both the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema and the Vegas Shorts Film Festival.

Rachel understands the industry from multiple perspectives—as an actor, filmmaker, producer, and coach. She has built lasting relationships with casting directors, filmmakers, and industry professionals through the same networking and relationship-building strategies she teaches inside the Elite Program. Those relationships have consistently led to direct bookings, producing opportunities, and long-term creative collaborations.

A graduate of Chapman University with a BFA in Performance, Rachel is deeply committed to helping actors stop relying solely on auditions and instead build careers that are intentional, relationship-driven, and resilient. Her greatest passion is helping actors gain clarity, confidence, and a personalized roadmap so they can create the momentum they’ve been looking for.
